1 Scope

This document specifies the general requirements and promotion requirements for the construction of core public health capabilities at ports, and describes the corresponding verification methods.

This document is applicable to the public health core capacity building of air, water transport, highway and railway ports approved by the state to be opened to the outside world. Please refer to this document for the technical requirements of the open ports and the pre-acceptance of the ports.

This document does not apply to cross-border passages, frontier bazaar trade areas, and inbound vehicles, containers, goods, and articles in non-port areas Sanitation quarantine inspection and sanitation treatment places.
