Scope
GB/T 27772-2025 is the English-translated version of 病媒生物密度控制水平 蝇类.
GB/T 27772-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering how well a town or a single site holds its fly population down — the inspection of indoor adult flies, of breeding sites and of fly-proof facilities, the indoor positive rate, the breeding path index counted along the outdoor route, the qualification rate of the facilities, the A, B and C levels, the sampling scale, and the density inside the positive rooms, which separates scattered flies from a swarm. It replaces GB/T 27772-2011, under the National Health Commission. In force from 1 November 2025. Issued on 25 April 2025, it has been in force since 1 November 2025, replacing GB/T 27772-2011.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 27772-2011 "Density control levels of vector flies". Compared with GB/T 27772-2011, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) In the Terms and Definitions, the definition of flies was deleted (see 3.1 of the 2011 edition), and the positive rate of flies in rooms was changed to indoor adult flies.
Positive rate (see 3.3, 3.4 of the 2011 edition), add fly breeding path index (see 3.6), change fly prevention facilities to fly prevention facilities Qualification rate (see 3.7, 3.2 of the 2011 edition);
b) Added the inspection method for indoor adult flies and fly breeding areas (see 4.1, 4.2), and changed the inspection method for fly prevention facilities (see 4.3, 4.2 of the 2011 edition);
c) Changed the index values of the three levels of indoor adult fly density control level A, B, and C (see 5.1.2, 5.1.2 of the 2011 edition); added A, B, C. The third-level outdoor fly breeding path index value replaces the outdoor fly breeding rate (see 5.1.4, 5.1.3 of the 2011 edition);
Changed the unit fly density control level (see 5.2, Appendix A of the 2011 edition);
d) The sampling quantity requirements have been changed (see 6.2, 6.2 of the 2011 edition);
e) The sampling requirements for evaluating the control level of fly density in cities and towns have been changed (see Appendix A, Appendix B of the 2011 edition), and fly control has been added.
Facility requirements (see Appendix B).

Density control level of vectors Flies
1 Scope
This document specifies the control level, sampling requirements and comprehensive evaluation of indoor adult flies, fly breeding areas and fly control facilities in towns and units, and describes A method for checking the fly density control level was developed.
This document is applicable to the evaluation of fly density control levels in towns and units.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 units
The specific places to be evaluated, such as restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, government agencies, enterprises, hotels, farmers' markets, hospitals, schools, construction sites, Fields or stations, residential areas, garbage transfer stations, public green spaces, public toilets, etc.
3.2
During the fly activity season, effective measures were taken to compare the indoor adult fly positive rate with the positive fly density, fly breeding path index, and fly prevention index.
The facility qualification rate is controlled within the corresponding indicators.
3.3
The percentage of standard rooms with adult fly activities indoors to the number of standard rooms inspected.
3.4
The mean number of adult flies in a standard room with indoor adult fly activity.
3.5 fly breeding sites
Containers or places containing breeding organisms such as decaying animals, decaying plants, human excrement, livestock excrement and organic waste that may breed fly larvae or pupae.
3.6
During the inspection, the number of positive breeding organisms of fly larvae or pupae was found in every 1000m of the external environment path.
3.7
The percentage of places with qualified fly-proof facilities to the total places that should be equipped with fly-proof facilities.
