1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic principles, management requirements, technical requirements and control effect requirements for the comprehensive management of hospital vector.

3 Basic principles
3.1 Prevention is the main factor. Indoors should be equipped with complete protective facilities to prevent the invasion of vector organisms.
3.2 Focus on environmental governance. The external environment should strengthen the management of breeding grounds to prevent the growth of vector organisms.
3.3 Carefully choose the medicine and method. Scientific control to ensure the health and safety of the hospital environment and personnel.
4 Management requirements
4.1 Organizational structure
4.1.1 The establishment of the main leadership of the hospital is responsible for the division of labor of the general affairs or logistics departments, and each department has special (part-time) supervision and inspection personnel participating in vector control organizations.
4.1.2 Disease prevention and control institutions may participate in hospital disease vector hazard assessment and control effect assessment.
4.1.3 The vector control agency may implement hospital vector control.
4.2 Hazard Assessment
4.2.1 Investigation of the breeding ground
4.2.1.1 Indoor environment. emergency room, outpatient department, inpatient department, medical technology room, pharmacy, administrative room, restaurant, underground parking garage, etc.
4.2.1.2 Outdoor environment. the roof of buildings such as green belts, inpatient departments, landscape fountains, outdoor garbage collectors, etc.
