Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part
1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB 19193-2015 "General Principles for Disinfection of Epidemic Sources". Compared with GB 19193-2015, the main differences are structural adjustments and editorial changes. Aside from the changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
---The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2015 edition);
---Terminology and definitions have been changed (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2015 edition);
---Disinfection principles have been added (see Chapter 4);
---Preventative disinfection requirements have been added (see Chapter 5);
---The requirement for disinfection at any time has been added (see Chapter 6);
---Added basic requirements for terminal disinfection (see 7.1);
---The terminal disinfection methods for different types of infectious diseases have been changed (see 7.2, Chapter 5 of the.2015 edition);
---Disinfection quality control has been added (see Chapter 8);
---The disinfection evaluation has been revised (see Chapter 9, 4.1-
4.4 of the.2015 edition, and Chapter 6);

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Disinfection measures, primarily aimed at cutting off the transmission routes of pathogens, are adopted to prevent and control infectious diseases.
Note. This includes preventative disinfection, disinfection at any time, and terminal disinfection.
3.2 Disinfection of environments and objects that may be contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms when there is no clear source of infection.
3.3 When a source of infection is present, the secretions, vomit, excrement, and bodily fluids of the source of infection, as well as the environment and objects they contaminate, should be promptly disinfected. Disinfection of the line.
3.4 Terminal disinfection After the source of infection leaves, thorough disinfection is carried out on the environment and objects that have been contaminated or may be contaminated.
4 Disinfection Principles
4.1 Principle of compliance with laws and regulations Disinfection work related to infectious diseases is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" and other laws and regulations, and is incorporated into the local infectious disease prevention and control plan.
