According to "People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law" and "People's Republic of China Air Pollution Prevention Law," prevention of non-road mobile machinery

With a small spark ignition engine exhaust pollution of the environment, the development of this standard.

This standard specifies the non-road mobile machinery type approval and conformity of production by the first and second phases of small spark-ignition engines

Emission limits and measurement methods (China first and second stages)

1 Scope

This standard specifies the non-road mobile machinery with a small spark ignition engines (hereinafter referred to as "engine") and exhaust emission limits

Measurement methods.

This standard applies to (but not limited to) the following non-road mobile machinery net power less than 19 kW engine type approval and production

Consistency check.

- Lawn mowers;

- Chainsaws;

--generator;

- Pump;

- Brush cutters.

The net power of more than 19 kW but not more than the working volume of the engine 1 L of execution may refer to this standard.

This standard does not apply to the following uses of the engines.

- With an engine for driving the ship;

- Used in underground mining or underground mining equipment engines;

- Emergency rescue equipment engines;

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

3.1

Non-road mobile machinery and non-road mobile machinery

Mobile machinery fitted with engines, transportable industrial equipment and not to take for the purpose of road freight or passenger vehicles.

3.2

5 Technical requirements

5.1 General Requirements

6 Conformity of Production

6.1 General Requirements
