Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 24673-2009 "Small Gasoline Engine Direct-connected High-speed Centrifugal Pump", compared with GB/T 24673-2009, except for In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2009 edition);

b) The normative references have been changed (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2009 edition);

c) Changed the title of Chapter 4 (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the 2009 edition);

d) The packing seal has been added (see 4.1.4, 3.1.4 of the 2009 edition);

e) The basic parameters have been deleted (see 3.3 in the 2009 edition);

f) The requirement for the explicit value of the basic parameters of the pump unit has been added (see 5.1.3);

g) The requirements for fuel consumption rate have been added (see 5.2);

h) Deleted the structural requirements (see 4.3 in the 2009 edition);

i) Added material requirements (see 5.3);

j) The impeller import sealing requirements have been deleted (see 4.4.1 of the 2009 edition);

k) The packing seal of the shaft seal has been deleted (see 4.4.2 of the 2009 edition);

l) The requirements for iron castings have been changed (see 5.6.1, 4.6.1 in the 2009 edition);

m) The requirements for steel castings have been added (see 5.6.2);

n) The requirements for other materials have been deleted (see 4.6.2 of the 2009 edition);

o) Add requirements for aluminum die castings (see 5.6.3);

p) Adjust the water pressure test to the main parts requirements, and update the requirements (see 5.6.4, 4.8 in the 2009 edition);

q) Adjust the static (dynamic) balance to the requirements of the main parts and add the balance formula (see 5.6.5, 4.7 in the 2009 edition);

r) The requirement for vibration has been deleted (see 4.9.1 of the 2009 edition);

s) The requirements for the emission limit of exhaust pollutants from gasoline engines and the emission test have been added (see 5.6.6);

t) The noise requirements are changed (see 5.7, 4.9.2 of the 2009 edition);

u) Adjust the material requirements for the main parts of the pump to "Requirements for the main parts of the pump unit" (see 5.8, 4.6 in the 2009 edition);

v) The description of not performing vibration and noise measurement is deleted (see 4.9.3 of the 2009 edition);

w) The assembly requirements of the impeller have been added (see 5.8.2);

x) Deleted the "pump should have a clear red rotation mark, and should ensure that the mark is not easy to wear out during the use period" (see the 2009 edition of the 4.10.7);

y) Increased starting performance (see 5.10);

z) Added operational requirements (see 5.11); aa) The reliability requirements have been changed (see 5.12, 4.12 of the 2009 edition); bb) Adjust "Pump performance test" to "Pump unit performance test" (see 6.1, 5.1 of the 2009 edition); cc) The self-priming performance test method was changed from JB/T 6664.3 to JB/T 6664 (see 6.1.2, 5.2 of the 2009 edition); dd) The test method of fuel consumption rate (6.1.3) has been added; ee) The inspection method of materials has been added (see 6.2); ff) Added hydraulic test (see 6.3) gg) Deleted the measurement of pump vibration (see 5.4 in the 2009 edition); hh) Added gasoline engine pollutant emission limit test (see 6.5);

i) The noise measurement standard is changed from JB/T 8098 to GB/T 26116 (see 6.6, 5.5 in the 2009 edition);

l) Added starting performance test method (see 6.9); mm) The test method for operation has been added (see 6.10); nn) The reliability test is changed (see 6.11, 5.7 in the 2009 edition); oo) The factory inspection items are changed (see 7.1.2, 6.1.2 of the 2009 edition); pp) The type test items are changed (see 7.2.2, 6.2.2 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the type and model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packages of small gasoline engine direct-coupled centrifugal pump units Loading, transportation and storage.

This document is applicable to the rated power of agriculture and forestry irrigation, fishery breeding, urban construction, high-rise water supply, drainage, fire fighting and other emergency rescue and other fields Direct-connected centrifugal pump units for small gasoline engines not larger than 15kW (hereinafter referred to as "pump units").
