This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 25410-2010 "Tractor-Powered Mobile Pumping Stations". Compared with GB/T 25410-2010, except for... Aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);

b) The format has been changed (see 4.1,

3.1 in the.2010 edition);

c) Added basic parameters (see 4.3);

d) General requirements have been changed (see 5.1,

4.1 of the.2010 version);

e) The performance requirements for water pumps have been changed (see 5.3,

4.5 in the.2010 edition);

f) Increased performance requirements for the power unit (see 5.4);

g) Security requirements have been changed (see 5.5,

4.4 in the.2010 version);

h) The general requirements for the test methods have been changed (see 6.1,

1 Scope

GB/T 25410-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the pump station on a trailer or a skid - the pump and prime mover matched as a unit, the priming and suction lift, the transport and the setting up on a river bank, and the performance and safety of a machine used for irrigation and for flood response. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2026, replacing GB/T 25410-2010.

This document specifies the types, models, basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of mobile pumping stations. The document describes the corresponding experimental methods. This document applies to mobile pumping stations with a rated power of 500kW or less.
