Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the performance rating criteria, other requirements, test methods, inspection rules and performance rules for small gasoline engine direct-coupled high-speed centrifugal pumps. Performance level identification and so on.

This standard applies to the rated power <= 5.89kW, the speed of 3600r/min and above the small gasoline engine direct high-speed centrifugal pump Referred to as the pump).

3 Performance rating evaluation index

This standard determines the performance level of the pump by checking the specified flow rate of the pump, stipulating the head and pump efficiency. The performance rating of the pump is divided into 1, 2, 3 Three grades, one level indicates the highest pump performance. The evaluation index of each performance grade shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

In the table, etaSP is the pump efficiency value specified in GB/T 24673 and the tolerance is not satisfied. The pump efficiency tolerance deltaeta shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 24673. QG, HG points Do not specify the required flow rate for the pump in GB/T 24673 and specify the head value and no tolerance. The specified head value HG of the pump is allowed to be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 24673 Amendment.

4 Other requirements

The pump type, other basic parameters and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 24673.
