Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces LY/T 1668-2006 "Garden Machinery Portable Wind Collector Grinder", compared with LY/T 1668-2006, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The name of the document was changed from "Garden Machinery Portable Wind Collector Grinder" to "Portable Collector Grinder Powered by Gasoline Engine" Set crushing and cleaning machine";

b) Changed the content of normative references;

c) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

d) The structure of the document has been changed, and the technical requirements and test methods of the original document have been combined into one chapter (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 and Chapter 4 of the 2006 edition Chapter 5);

e) Changed the requirements and inspection methods for start-up performance (see 5.3.1, 4.2.2 of the 2006 edition);

f) Changed the inspection method of idle speed performance (see 5.3.2.2, 5.3 of the 2006 edition);

g) Added collection performance requirements and inspection methods (see 5.3.4);

h) Changed the crushing performance requirements and inspection methods (see 5.3.4, 4.4.5 of the 2006 edition);

i) The performance requirements and test methods for the sealing of the fan volute are added (see 5.3.6);

j) Changed the requirements for the strength of the fan volute and added its inspection method (see 5.4.1, 4.4.2 of the 2006 edition);

k) Changed the inspection method of the operating mechanism (see 5.4.4.1, 5.11 of the 2006 edition);

l) The requirements and inspection methods for the engine shutdown switch are added (see 5.4.5);

m) Added requirements for straps and content of inspection methods (see 5.4.6);

n) The requirements and inspection methods for the connection between the collection pipe and the fan volute have been changed, and the relevant requirements for the chip discharge pipe have been added (see 5.5.2, 4.5.3, 5.12.2 of the 2006 edition);

o) The requirements and inspection methods for the exhaust port temperature of the muffler are added (see 5.5.3);

p) The test method for the thermal protection of the shield has been added (see 5.5.4.2);

q) The content and inspection method of the protection of high-voltage live parts are added (see 5.5.5);

r) Added discharge requirements and inspection methods (see 5.5.8);

s) The content of electromagnetic compatibility has been changed (see 5.5.9, 4.1 of the 2006 edition);

t) Delete the content of the inspection rules (see Chapter 6 of the 2006 edition);

u) Improved some content in Appendix A (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 2006 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the product model, main technical parameters and technical requirements of the portable wind-powered collection, pulverization and cleaning machine powered by gasoline engine.

Requirements and test methods, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document is applicable to those powered by gasoline engines, whose operation objects are residual plants such as leaves and small dead branches, and the inner diameter of the nozzle is not greater than 120mm.

The collection and crushing cleaning machine (hereinafter referred to as "sweeping machine").

This document does not apply to knapsack sweepers powered by gasoline engines.
