Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces LY/T 1608-2003 "hand-push lawn grass machine," compared with LY/T 1608-2003, the main technical changes as follows.

a) Change the standard name from "hand pushing lawn combing machine" to "garden machinery gasoline powered hand pushing lawn combing machine" the English name should be changed from "Hand-pushedlawncomber" to "Garden machinery-Petrolengine." poweredhand-pushedlawncomber ";

b) Changes to the contents of normative references (see Chapter 2, 2003 Edition, Chapter 2);

c) deleted the contents of 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 in Chapter 3 (2003 edition 3.2, 3.3, 3.4);

d) Add the terms and definitions of "working organization, belt limit device" (see 3.3, 3.5);

e) Amend the definition of "hand-held lawn grooming and lifting mechanism" (see 3.1, 3.2, 2003 edition 3.1, 3.5);

f) The content of the model compilation method has been added (see Chapter 4);

g) Added the basic parameters (see Chapter 5);

h) Increased requirements for use of the environment (see 6.1.1);

i) Increased requirements for complete gasoline engines (see 6.2);

j) Revised requirements for starting performance (see 6.3.1, 2003 edition 4.2.1);

k) Revised requirements for idle speed performance (see 6.3.2, 2003 Edition 4.2.2);

l) modified the requirements for air-handling performance (see 6.3.3, 2003 Edition 4.2.3);

m) Modify the performance requirements for the main components (see 6.4, 2003 Edition 4.3);

n) Changed the contents of the protection of hazardous areas (see 6.5.1, 2003 edition 4.5.1);

o) Modify the operator noise requirements (see 6.5.5, 2003 edition 4.5.3);

p) increase the safety distance requirements (see 6.5.3);

q) Increased parabolic hazard requirements (see 6.5.4);

r) Increase the vibration of hands, exhaust emissions, electromagnetic compatibility requirements (see 6.5.6,6.5.7,6.5.8);

s) modified the reliability requirements (see 6.6, 2003 edition 4.2.7);

t) Increased assembly quality requirements (see 6.7);

u) Changes in appearance quality requirements (see 6.8, 2003 Edition 4.4);

v) Add and modify corresponding test methods (see Chapter 7, Chapter 5 of 2003);

w) revised the inspection rules and divided the product inspection into factory inspection, type inspection and third party inspection (see Chapter 8, 2003 Edition Chapter 6);

x) Changes to the instructions for use (see 9.2, 2003 version 7.3);

y) Increases the requirement for oil drain (see 9.4.3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the petrol powered hand-push lawn combing machine (hereinafter referred to as combing machine) terms and definitions, model compilers Law, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, instruction manual, packaging, transportation and storage.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Hand-pushed lawn mower hand-pushedlawncomber A hand operated by the operator, the working device by a certain regularity, the blade fixed to the shaft with the axis perpendicular to the ground rotates at high speed to the point where the leaves of the lawn are torn and thrown into straw bags or onto the surface of the lawn.
