Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces LY/T 1719-2007 "Forestry Portable Wind Sprinkler", compared with LY/T 1719-2007 the technical changes are as follows.

--- Revised the name of the standard, modified from the original "forestry machinery portable wind sprinkler" to "forestry machinery portable Feng Shui dual-purpose fire extinguisher";

---Modified the contents of the normative reference documents (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2007 edition);

---Modified the content of the model preparation method (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the 2007 edition);

--- Revised the terms and definitions, adding the terms and definitions of "low intensity fire" and "effective water spray" (see Chapter 3);

--- Removed the requirements and test methods for effective water spray distance (2007 editions 5.3.2.2, 6.2.2.2);

--- Removed the maximum water spray requirements and test methods (2007 version 5.3.2.1, 6.2.2.2);

--- Increased the requirements for effective water injection and test methods (see 5.3.3.1);

--- Removed the requirements and test methods for "fengshui fire extinguishers should have the ability to extinguish medium-sized forest surface fires" (2007 edition) 5.3.2.4, 6.5);

--- Revised the "flip performance" requirements and test methods (see 5.3.4, 2007 version 5.2.7, 6.3);

--- Increased the requirements and test methods for "one-time continuous working time" (see 5.3.6);

--- Revised the requirements and test methods of the water reservoir (see 5.4.2, 2007 edition 5.2.2);

--- Revised the requirements for the harness (see 5.4.6, 2007 version 5.6.5);

--- Increased the "protection of high temperature parts" requirements and test methods (see 5.5.5);

--- Increased requirements and test methods for continuous operation reliability and durability (see 5.6, 5.7);

--- Revised the content of the type test (see 6.3, 2007 version 7.2);

--- Increased the content of third party inspections (see 6.4);

--- Incorporate the content of the original sampling plan and the principle of judgment into the content of third-party inspection (see 6.4, 2007 edition 7.3);

---Modified the main technical parameters of Feng Shui fire extinguisher (see Appendix A, 2007 edition Appendix A);

--- Added the content of the reference (see references).

1 Scope

This standard defines the terms and definitions of a portable feng shui fire extinguisher (hereinafter referred to as "fengshui fire extinguisher"), which specifies the model preparation party.

Law, technical requirements and test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to Feng Shui fire extinguishers powered by small gasoline engines.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 10280 apply to this document.

Portable feng shui fire extinguisher portablefireextinguisherwithpneumaticandwaterspray it is carried and operated by a single person. It is powered by a small gasoline engine. It has two independent functions of wind extinguishing and wind sprinkler. It can extinguish low and medium.

Fire extinguishing equipment for strength forest surface fires.

Low intensity fire A fire with a flame height of less than 1.5 m and a fire intensity of less than 3140 kJ/m.

Medium intensity fire mid-intensityfire A fire with a flame height of 1.5 m to 3 m and a fire intensity of 3140 kJ/m to 11304 kJ/m.
