NB/T 11128-2023 is the English-translated version of 煤矿变频装置用橡套软电缆.

NB/T 11128-2023 is the Chinese energy industry product standard for rubber-sheathed flexible cables that feed frequency conversion equipment in coal mines.

It covers copper-conductor cables rated 8.7/10 kV and below, and it sets model designation, construction and specification parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage.

Testing draws on the GB/T 2951 and GB/T 3048 series for dimensions, mechanical properties, thermal ageing, conductor resistance, insulation resistance, AC voltage, spark, partial discharge and impulse voltage, with flame retardance to MT/T 386.

Two normative annexes describe the tear resistance test and the test of the ideal shielding coefficient. Issued on 6 February 2023, it has applied since 6 August 2023.

1 Scope

This document applies to copper core rubber sheathed flexible cables for coal mine frequency conversion devices with rated voltages of 8.7/10kV and below.
