NB/T 10135-2019 is the English-translated version of 大中型水轮机基本技术规范.
NB/T 10135-2019 is the recommended Chinese energy industry standard for large and medium-sized hydraulic turbines. It sets out technical, structural design, performance and automation and control requirements, together with provisions on inspection and test acceptance, packaging, transport and storage, scope of supply and information to be provided.
It covers Francis turbines of 25 MW and above, axial-flow turbines of 25 MW and above or with a runner nominal diameter of 3.0 m and above, tubular turbines of 10 MW and above or with a runner diameter of 4.0 m and above, and impulse turbines of 10 MW and above.
It quotes GB/T 150.3, GB/T 8564 and NB/T 35088, among other cited documents. It replaces DL/T 445-2002. Issued on 4 June 2019, it has applied since 1 October 2019.
