1 Foreword

JB/T 7600.4-2008 was issued by MIIT on 4 June 2008 and has been in force since 1 November 2008.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7600.4-1994.

It is one of 9 parts of the JB/T 7600 series.

2 Scope

This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that covers Part 4 of the PNS machine reel series for electric wire and cable work, the part given to corrugated reels. For this corrugated form it specifies the material, the type and the dimensions, the basic technical requirements and the test items. It applies to corrugated machine reels whose maximum load is 40 N/dm3. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 912, GB/T 3274 and JB/T 7600.1. The document sits under the Chinese classification K13, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is the issuing body.
