1 Foreword

JB/T 5332.3-2011 was issued by MIIT on 18 May 2011 and has been in force since 1 August 2011.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 5332.3-1991.

It is one of 7 parts of the JB/T 5332 series.

2 Scope

This standard is the flat power cable part of the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on electric submersible pump cables of rated voltages up to and including 3.6/6 kV. For that flat cable it fixes the service characteristics, the models and sizes, the technical requirements and the testing. The cable it governs runs in electric submersible pump units at 3.6/6 kV and below, joined at its lower end to the lead cable and at its upper end to the ground control cabinet. The part replaces JB/T 5332.3-1991. Its classifications are K13 and 29.060.20.
