JB/T 4015.1-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It is one of 6 parts of the JB/T 4015 series.
2 Scope
The general requirements for pay-off and take-up units in cable machinery are set by JB/T 4015.1-2013, the first part of a Chinese recommended machinery industry standard. It states the basic technical requirements for the take-up and pay-off devices used as common components of cable-making equipment, and it applies to such devices of every type used in that equipment. The part replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4015.1-1999 and carries the Chinese classification K13 and the international classification 29.060.01.
