JB/T 4015.4-2013 is the English-translated version of 电缆设备通用部件 收放线装置 第4部分：导轨式收放线装置.
JB/T 4015.4-2013 is the fourth part of the Chinese recommended standard on adaptable units for general use of wire and cable machinery, and it covers the sliding guide track type pay-off and take-up.

2 Scope
This standard is the fourth part of the Chinese recommended standard on adaptable units for general use of wire and cable machinery, and it covers the sliding guide track type pay-off and take-up. The standard fixes the type, the sizes and the technical requirements of a unit whose gantry frame travels axially along a track to pay off and take up the cable on the reel. It is written for the guide track pay-off and take-up used with the PNS machines defined in JB/T 7600.
