1 Foreword
JB/T 10665-2016 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 5 April 2016 and has been in force since 1 September 2016.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10665-2006.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery standard for the miniature current transformers built into electricity meters. It carries the terms and definitions, the standard power values, the classification, the mechanical requirements and climatic conditions, the electrical and accuracy requirements, the inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transport and storage. The transformers it governs are those used in static energy meters on networks at 50 Hz or 60 Hz with a voltage not exceeding 600 V root mean square, and it also serves for miniature current transformers fitted in other instruments working under those conditions.
