GB/T 17215.304-2017 is the Chinese standard "Electricity metering equipment (AC) - Particular requirements - Part 4: Static meters connected via electronic transformers".
Its scope clause reads: GB/T 17215.3 provisions of this section by the electronic transformer access static meter (hereinafter referred to as instrument) terms and definitions, Classification, technical requirements, level of accuracy and test methods.
