GB/T 17215.323-2022 — This document specifies the accuracy class 2 and 3 for newly manufactured devices for measuring AC reactive energy in 50Hz or 60Hz grids. Type test requirements and test methods for static reactive energy meters (hereinafter referred to as "instruments"). For objective reasons, this document is based on the traditional definition of reactive energy containing only sinusoidal currents and voltages at fundamental frequencies. Note 1.Other general requirements for instruments, such as safety, reliability, etc., see GB/T 17215.231 and GB/T 17215.9 (all parts). This document applies to the following electrical energy measuring equipment. ---Measure and control the reactive energy in the grid (power supply) with AC voltage of 600V and below. Note 2.For AC watt-hour meters, the above-mentioned voltage is the voltage of the line-to-neutral line derived from the nominal voltage, see Table 7 of GB/T 17215.231-2021. --- Except for the indicator display, all functional units, including additional modules, are encapsulated in a watch case or form a separate watch case; --- Use an integrated or separate indicator display, or not use an indicator display; ---Installed on the specified supporting socket or rack; ---It can choose to provide other functions besides electric energy measurement. This document is the standard for type testing of electric energy meters. It covers special requirements for indoor and outdoor energy measuring equipment, but does not include special

functional unit or component.

This document together with IEC 62052-11.2020 constitutes the type test requirements for static reactive energy meters (Class 2 and Class 3). this document
