Foreword

GB/T 17215 "Electrical measuring equipment (AC)" is divided into several parts, GB/T 17215.2 "Electrical measuring equipment (AC) general requirements,

The test and test conditions are composed of the following parts.

---Part 11.Measuring equipment;

---Part 21.Rates and load control equipment;

---Part 31.Product safety requirements and tests.

This part is Part 21 of GB/T 17215.2.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting method to amend and adopt IEC 62052-21.2016 ``General requirements, tests and tests for electrical measuring equipment (AC)

Conditions Part 21.Rates and Load Control Equipment.

The technical differences between this part and IEC 62052-21.2016 and the reasons are as follows.

---Regarding normative reference documents, this section has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments.

The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace IEC 60068-2-1.1990 with GB/T 2423.1-2008 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 60068-2-2.1974 with GB/T 2423.2-2008 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 60068-2-30.1980 with GB/T 2423.4-2008 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 60068-2-27.1987 with GB/T 2423.5-2019, which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 60068-2-6.1995 with GB/T 2423.10-2019 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace CISPR22.1997 with GB/T 9254-2008 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 61000-4-2.1995 with GB/T 17626.2-2018 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 61000-4-3.2002 with GB/T 17626.3-2016 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 61000-4-4.1995 with GB/T 17626.4-2018 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 61000-4-6.1996 with GB/T 17626.6-2017, which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace IEC 60721-3-3.1994 with IEC 60721-3-3.2019;

* Use IEC 61000-4-5.2017 instead of IEC 61000-4-5.1995.

This section has made the following editorial changes.

---Deleted the note on Chapter 2 of IEC 62052-21.2016; Adjusted international documents not cited in the main text from Chapter 2 to reference

literature;

This section gives the minimum test level to ensure the normal function of the equipment under normal working conditions; for special applications, other tests, etc.

Level may be necessary, this is negotiated between the user and the manufacturer.

Part 21.Rates and load control equipment

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 17215.2 specifies the newly-manufactured, indoor-use tariff and load control equipment (for example. used to control electrical loads).

General requirements for type testing of electronic ripple control receivers and time switches for load, multi-rate counters and maximum demand indicators.

This section does not make requirements for the internal structure details of the tariff and load control equipment.

If the tariff and load control functions are integrated into the multi-function instrument, the relevant parts of this section also apply.

This section does not cover acceptance inspection and conformity inspection. Refer to Appendix F for acceptance inspection requirements.

The general requirements for safety are detailed in IEC 62052-31.2015.

The general requirements for reliability are detailed in the IEC 62059 series of standards in the reference.
