5 Collection and transportation of polluted gases

5.1 Collection of polluting gases

5.1.1 For equipment that produces fugitive dust or harmful gases, it is advisable to adopt sealing, isolation and negative pressure operation measures. In determining the inhalation of the closed hood when the mouth position, structure and wind speed, the cover should be in a state of micro-negative pressure, and the negative pressure inside the cover should be even to prevent dust or harmful gases from escaping and avoiding the material was taken away.

5.1.2 Polluted gases should be collected by the gas collection system of the production equipment as much as possible, and the fugitive gas should be collected by gas (dust).

collect. The configured gas collection (dust) cover should be coordinated with the production process, so as not to affect the process operation. Under the premise of guaranteeing function, gas gathering (Dust) cover stress is simple in structure, low in cost, easy to install and maintain.

5.1.3 When the closed cover is not available or inconvenient, the other open open gas collection can be selected according to the process operation requirements and technical and economic conditions.

(dust) cover. The gas gathering (dust) cover should be surrounded or close to the pollution source as much as possible to limit the pollutants to a small space and reduce the suction range.

To capture and control pollutants.

5.1.4 The suction direction of the gas collection (dust) cover should be as consistent as possible with the direction of the pollution airflow, and the kinetic energy of the pollution airflow should be used to avoid or reduce the interference and influence of turbulent flow and lateral airflow around the weak gas collection (dust) cover on the suction gas flow.

5.1.5 The amount of exhaust air at the inspiratory point shall be determined on the principle of preventing the diffusion of dust or harmful gases into the surrounding environment.

5.2 Transportation of polluted gases

5.2.1 The polluted gas collected by the gas collection (dust) cover shall be piped to the purification device. Pipe layout should be combined with the production process, and strive to simplify Single, compact, short pipeline and less floor space.

5.2.2 The layout of the pipeline should be clearly installed and placed in rows or columns along the wall or column and laid in parallel. Between pipes and beams, columns, walls, equipment and pipes the separation distance should be designed according to the relevant specifications to meet the requirements of construction, operation, maintenance and thermal expansion and contraction.

5.2.3 The pipe should be laid vertically or obliquely. When laying obliquely, the inclination angle ...
