Scope
HG/T 3056-2006 is the English-translated version of 输送带贮存和搬运通则.
HG/T 3056-2006 gives the Chinese chemical industry its guidance on the storage and handling of conveyor belts, as a recommended standard identical in content to ISO 5285-2004. It sets out the conditions under which conveyor belting is best kept and the way it should be handled. Light conveyor belts covered by the European standard EN 873 are outside what it addresses. It is classified 53.040.20 internationally, among the standards for conveyor belting, and ISO 2230 is quoted within the text. The standard replaces HG/T 3056-1986. Issued on 26 July 2006, it has applied since 1 March 2007.
