HG/T 4224-2011 is the English-translated version of 钢丝绳芯管状输送带.
HG/T 4224-2011 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for pipe conveyor belts built on a steel cord carcass and finished with rubber cover layers. It classifies these belts and then fixes their technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, storage and transport. It is written for tubular steel cord belts working between -20 °C and 40 °C, and it does not apply to belts that carry material in the troughed form. Testing draws on GB/T 528-2009, GB/T 3512, GB/T 4490, GB/T 5752, GB/T 5753, GB/T 5754.2, GB/T 5755, GB/T 5756, GB/T 7762, GB/T 9770, GB/T 9867, GB/T 17044, HG/T 2410 and HG/T 3056. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
