Scope

GB/T 9158-2015 is the English-translated version of 建筑门窗力学性能检测方法.

GB/T 9158-2015 is the Chinese national test method for the mechanical performance of building windows and doors.

It fixes the terms and definitions, the test items, the specimen requirements, the detection methods and the test report, and covers operating force, resistance to soft heavy body impact, resistance to vertical loads and resistance to static torsion, with annex A giving the recording and report forms.

It applies to all types of manually opened and closed building doors and windows, and not to fire doors, escape doors and windows, smoke-vent windows or special doors such as anti-radiation shielding doors.

This edition adds door testing, specimen requirements, performance grades and the static torsion and forced closing methods, and drops the warping test. It replaces GB 9158-1988, was issued on 9 October 2015 and has applied since 1 September 2016.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 9158-1988 "detection window construction to withstand mechanical stress," compared with the GB/T 9158-1988, the main To change the following.

--- Properties to withstand the mechanical forces mechanical properties;

--- Increased building performance detection door mechanics (see Chapter 4);

--- Increased specimen requirements (see Chapter 5);

--- Increase the mechanical properties of grade construction windows and doors (see 6.1.2,6.2.2,6.3.2,6.4.2);

--- Overhang hoist performance to the performance of resistance to vertical loads (see 6.3,1988 Version 6.2.2);

--- Increased resistance to static distortion and strong closing test methods (see 6.4,6.7.1);

--- Cancel the warpage test methods (see the 1988 version 6.2.1);

--- Increased detection recording and reporting formats (see Appendix A).

The standard proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China.
