This document replaces GB/T 8593:1-2010 "Symbols for earth-moving machinery driver operating devices and other display devices - Part 1: General

Compared with GB/T 8593:1-2010, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Changed the definition of "symbol", added the term and definition of "icon" (see Chapter 3, 3:1, 3:2, Chapter 3 of the:2010 edition);

--- Added descriptions for the use of symbols, the use of symbols and related words, and the visual effects of symbols (see Chapter 4, 4:1, 4:7, 4:8 and

4:11);

--- Added relevant instructions for the development of new symbols (see Chapter 6);

--- Added relevant instructions for the adaptation of digital display icons (see Chapter 7);

Introduction

GB/T 8593 "Symbols for Earth-moving Machinery Driver Control Devices and Other Display Devices" is a symbol to guide the application of earth-moving machinery products in my country

A standard for basic and generality of classes: GB/T 8593 aims to establish driver controls and other displays suitable for earth-moving machinery products

The general requirements for symbols for devices and the requirements for special symbols for specific machine families are to be composed of two parts:

--- Part 1: General symbols: The purpose is to specify the general symbols for the driver's control device and other display devices of earth-moving machinery products:

No: form, and to standardize the description, so that the driver can refer to and use:

--- Part 2: Special symbols for machines, working devices and accessories: The purpose is to specify loaders, bulldozers, graders, trenchers

Special symbols for driver controls and other displays, as well as balance outriggers, grab buckets, ground

The symbols used for special parts such as loose working devices, together with the general symbols in Part 1, are more convenient for drivers to refer to and use:
