Foreword

This document conforms to GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting is scheduled.

This document supersedes GB/T 30751-2014 "Safety Requirements for Mobile Crusheres in Construction Machinery and Equipment", and is consistent with GB/T 30751-Compared to 2014, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2014 edition);

b) The general principles related to risk assessment have been deleted (see 4.1 in the 2014 edition).

d) The operator field of view requirement has been removed (see 4.4.1 in the 2014 version).

e) The requirements for operating controls and indicators have been changed (see 4.5, 2014 edition of 4.5).

f) The braking system requirements have been changed (see 4.7, 2014 edition of 4.7).

g) Added design requirements for bypass devices (see 4.10.1);

h) The requirements for warning devices have been changed (see 4.12, 2014 edition of 4.12).

i) Increased sound pressure level requirements (see 4.14.3);

j) The lifting and lashing requirements have been changed (see 4.16, 2014 version 4.16).

k) Added requirements for electrical connections of auxiliary starting devices or power supplies, and electrical sockets for lighting (see 4.18.7, 4.18.8).
