Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 7777-2003 "Mechanical Vibration Measurement and Evaluation of Positive Displacement Compressors". Compared with GB/T 7777-2003, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

--- Revised the description of the scope and expanded the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2003 edition);

--- Added the terms defined in GB/T 2298, GB/T 4975 and JB/T 9107 applicable to this document (see Chapter 3);

--- Delete some terms and definitions (see 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 of the 2003 edition);

--- Modified the definition of vibration intensity (see 3.1, 2.4 of the 2003 edition);

--- Adjusted the requirements for measuring instruments (see Chapter 3 of 4.1, 2003 edition);

--- Adjusted the measured point parameters (see 4.2, 6.1 of the 2003 edition);

--- Adjusted the operating environment requirements (see 4.4, 4.2 of the 2003 edition);

--- Deleted the vibration measurement method for compressors driven by internal combustion engines (see 4.3 of the 2003 edition);

--- Supplement the specific requirements of operating conditions (see 4.5, 4.4 of the 2003 edition);

--- Added processing requirements for other effects (see 4.6);

--- Supplement some structural types and adjust the vibration intensity evaluation index (see Table 1, Table 2, Table 2 and Table 3 of the 2003 edition);

--- Adjusted the chapter on vibration intensity level (see Appendix A, 6.2 of the 2003 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the measurement, evaluation and measurement record content of mechanical vibration of positive displacement compressors (hereinafter referred to as compressors).

This document applies to electric motor-driven compressors.

The measurement and evaluation of mechanical vibration of compressors driven by other methods can be used for reference.
