Scope
GB/T 41099-2021 is the English-translated version of 往复活塞压缩机监测系统规范.
GB/T 41099-2021 sets out requirements for monitoring systems for reciprocating piston compressors.
After defining terms such as whole-cycle data acquisition, key phase monitoring, synchronous acquisition on all channels and continuous data acquisition, it gives general requirements, monitoring requirements with the monitoring categories, sensor locations, sensor selection, signal collection and alarms, the basic parameters of the sensors, and the analysis and diagnosis functions of the monitoring software.
It then covers signal processing and feature extraction, parameter alarms with analysis and diagnosis, and the monitoring analysis report.
Informative annexes give normal ranges of the monitored signals, sensor measuring point configurations and layouts for machines with and without crosshead and piston rod, the calculation of characteristic parameters, a table of common fault features and a report template. It was issued on 31 December 2021 and has applied since 1 July 2022.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 20921 and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Reciprocating piston compressor monitoring
Through the data acquisition equipment, the key phase, vibration, offset, temperature, pressure and other information of the reciprocating piston compressor are collected online and offline.
After a series of data processing such as filtering, amplification and feature extraction, the characteristic parameters of the operating state of the reciprocating piston compressor are obtained, which are stored in the data Processing and storage equipment to monitor and analyze the running state of the reciprocating piston compressor.
3.2 The whole cycle data acquisition
The data is collected according to the periodic operation of the reciprocating piston compressor, and the length of the data corresponds to the operation of one or more reciprocating piston compressors. cycle.
3.3 Keyphase monitoring
Monitor reciprocating piston compressor crank angle and Reference azimuth signal for each cylinder piston position.
3.4 Synchronous data acquisition of all channels
All acquisition channels of a single or multiple data acquisition devices complete data acquisition synchronously according to unified instructions.
3.5 Continuous data acquisition
According to a certain sampling rate, data collection is carried out continuously and without omission, so as to realize the continuous working cycle of vibration, offset and rotation speed of the reciprocating piston compressor. Monitoring of other signals.
