4 Evaluation requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 Pollutant emissions from production enterprises should meet applicable national and local pollutant emission standards and the requirements of the environmental impact assessment report approval document.
The production enterprise should not have had any major or above safety accidents or major or above environmental pollution incidents in the past three years.
4.1.2 The total amount of pollutant emissions from production enterprises should meet the requirements of national and local pollutant emission control indicators.
The collection, storage and disposal of wastes shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 18599.The storage of hazardous wastes shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 18597.
