1 Scope
This document specifies the general technical conditions of the steering wheel control system, including operating conditions, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements, test methods are described.
This document is applicable to guide enterprises to design, manufacture and use steering wheel control systems and the drives and steering wheels that constitute the steering wheel control system.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 steering wheel control system
The steering wheel is used as the actuator to enable the object's position (angle), speed, acceleration (or torque) and other state variables to follow the input control The signal target value (or given value) can be changed arbitrarily, thereby realizing an automatic control system for movement functions such as movement and steering of objects.
Note: The steering wheel control system consists of a driver and a steering wheel.
