GB/T 42145-2022 is the English-translated version of 政府网站网页电子文件管理系统建设要求.

GB/T 42145-2022 sets out how to build the system a Chinese government website uses to archive and manage its web pages as electronic records.

It gives the system composition architecture and then the construction requirements, the basic system requirements, the file management function requirements and the system management function requirements, and defines a webpage electronic file as an HTML file obtained from a web page or a file converted to OFD, WARC or a similar format.

It applies to the design, development, deployment and testing of such archiving and of its system, and other kinds of website may refer to it. 1 Scope
