3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 43441.1-2023, as well as the following terms and definitions, apply to this document.

3.1 model

An abstract description of an entity or set of entities. It enables the depiction, understanding, and prediction of the attributes of an entity or set under certain conditions or circumstances.

3.2 digital entity

Digital mapping of the target entity.

3.3 digital model

By digitally mapping the internal and external characteristics, behavioral patterns, and relationships of the target entity, a system is formed that corresponds to the target entity.

Note. The digital model includes the geometric model (3.5), the physical model (3.6), the behavioral model (3.7), and the rule model (3.8).
