Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.
This document is Part 1 of GB/T 43441 "Information Technology Digital Twin". GB/T 43441 has published the following parts.
---Part 1. General requirements.
Introduction
A digital twin is a digital representation of a specific target entity with data connections that ensure physical and virtual states. synchronization between states with appropriate speed and accuracy. Because digital twins have virtual and real integration, real-time interaction, iterative operation and optimization, and With the characteristics of full-factor/full-process/full-service data-driven, it has been widely used in many fields such as manufacturing, cities, agriculture, energy, and construction.
Digital twin technology can help factory managers simulate and optimize factory production resource plans and process control instructions to improve factory equipment. decision-making plans in the planning, construction and reconstruction stages, and improve the output efficiency of the factory operation stage; it can help city managers promote digital cities and Simultaneous planning and construction of real cities realize the innovation of full life cycle management and governance model of urban planning, construction, management and operation; it can help agricultural producers to It can monitor and optimize production operations and conduct predictive diagnosis of agricultural machinery and equipment; it can help energy managers realize energy production and Visual monitoring and management of the transmission process, fault analysis and remote operation and maintenance, etc:; it can help building builders promote building planning, design, and construction.
Integrated management and control of engineering and operations to realize intelligent management applications such as building space, health, safety, green energy saving, predictive maintenance, and security; it can help medical Doctors can monitor patients' conditions in real time, provide personalized medical plans, and dynamically optimize medical resources. Facing digital twins Due to the wide range of application requirements in such scenarios, it is particularly important to carry out digital twin standardization work. GB/T 43441 aims to specify digital twins The reference architecture, digital entity construction, information interaction, digital asset classification and management, etc. are planned to be composed of four parts.
---Part 1. General requirements. The purpose is to specify the reference architecture, basic requirements, functional requirements and security requirements of digital twins.
---Part 2. Digital entities. The purpose is to standardize the architecture, modeling, management and application requirements of digital entities.
---Part 3. Information exchange. The purpose is to standardize the information interaction functional architecture, interfaces, data structures and functional requirements.
---Part 4. Digital asset classification and management requirements. The purpose is to specify the classification of digital assets generated during the digital twin process and management requirements. Information technology digital twin Part 1. General requirements
