GB/T 3871.3-2025 is the English-translated version of 农业拖拉机 试验规程 第3部分：动力输出轴功率试验.
Tractor power take-off output is a key rated performance figure for agricultural tractors, and this part of the test procedure series covers the power tests carried out at the power take-off shaft. It gives test houses and manufacturers a common national method for measuring and reporting this aspect of tractor performance.
It will be used by agricultural machinery manufacturers during development and type testing, by official and independent test stations that evaluate tractors, and by importers and distributors who need to substantiate performance claims for the Chinese market. Implement makers who size equipment to tractor output also benefit from consistent test practice.

GB/T 3871.3-2025 is a recommended national standard (GB/T) of the People's Republic of China, issued on 30 June 2025 by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China, with effect from 1 January 2026.
This edition replaces GB/T 3871.3-2006.
The document adopts an international standard (ISO or IEC).
It is under the responsibility of the China Machinery Industry Federation.
