Introduction
Agricultural machinery repair service is an important part of agricultural machinery social service, which plays an important role in promoting the manufacturing of advanced agricultural machinery and ensuring the whole process of agricultural mechanization.
In order to promote the improvement of the quality level of agricultural machinery repair and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of agricultural machinery users, China has Tractors are the most important power machinery in agricultural mechanization production, with a large number of them in the society.
The repair business volume is large and the repair quality standards are relatively complete. GB/T 19209 "General Rules for Inspection of Tractor Repair Quality" aims to establish a standard for tractor repair.
The wheeled tractor and crawler tractor have different running mechanisms and structural components.
GB/T 19209 is intended to consist of two parts.
-- Part 1: Wheeled tractors. The purpose is to specify the quality inspection items and technical requirements applicable to wheeled tractors after repair.
Propose an operational inspection method.
-- Part 2: Crawler Tractors. The purpose is to specify the quality inspection items and technical requirements applicable to wheeled tractors after repair.
Propose an operational inspection method.
