Introduction

Risk-based inspection technology has a wealth of application cases in refining and chemical companies around the world. To ensure risk-based inspection techniques It has been standardized in China to promote the wide application and development of risk-based inspection technology in China, and a standard system for pressure equipment in service has been established.

Within this standard system, GB/T 26610 "Implementation Guidelines for Risk-Based Inspection of Pressure Equipment Systems" stipulates that risk-based pressure equipment systems are

GB/T 26610 is generally applicable to pressure equipment System, GB/T 26610 consists of five parts.

--- Part 1: Basic requirements and implementation procedures. Provide relevant terms and definitions for risk-based inspection of pressure equipment systems, standardize wind Risk assessment workflow, proposed data collection, damage pattern recognition, failure probability and failure consequence calculation, risk management, risk management General requirements for mitigation measures, reassessments, etc.

--- Part 2: Risk-based inspection strategies. Specify the inspection time, inspection type, inspection method and inspection under typical damage categories Effectiveness and other requirements and contents, and guide risk assessors to scientifically formulate inspection strategies.

--- Part 3: Qualitative analysis methods of risk. Guide risk assessors to carry out qualitative risk analysis of pressure equipment systems.

--- Part 4: Quantitative analysis methods for failure probability. Standardize the failure probability quantitative analysis program to determine the average failure probability, design Equipment correction coefficient, management system evaluation coefficient, and over-standard defect influence coefficient to guide the quantification of the failure probability of pressure equipment systems calculate.

--- Part 5: Quantitative analysis methods for failure consequences. The general principles of quantitative analysis of failure consequences are given, and the selection of representative fluids is determined.

Extraction, leakage analysis, area consequence calculation, cost consequence calculation, and guide the quantitative calculation of failure consequence of pressure equipment system.

Part 1 of GB/T 26610 was first formulated in 2011, and the remaining parts were formulated for the first time in 2014. After years of use,

GB/T 26610 guides the risk-based inspection of domestic pressure equipment systems. Among them GB/T 26610.2 gives the pressure equipment The system is based on the formulation method of risk strategy, which clarifies the inspection time, inspection type, typical damage shutdown and online inspection methods and their effectiveness (Some online detection methods have been adopted by relevant regulations), in guiding risk assessors to accurately and scientifically formulate inspection strategies for pressure-bearing systems face played an important role. Risk-based inspection work needs to be carried out in accordance with the basic requirements and implementation procedures specified in GB/T 26610.1.

After using GB/T 26610.3, GB/T 26610.4, and GB/T 26610.5 to determine the risk of equipment, make inspections in accordance with GB/T 26610.2 Strategy.

In recent years, some new changes have prompted the revision of various parts of GB/T 26610. First, the regulatory requirements for inspection work have changed The revisions of TSG21 and TSGD7005 were completed in 2016 and 2018, respectively, and some new requirements were proposed in risk-based inspection. beg. Secondly, the new technology of non-destructive testing has developed rapidly, and some of them have been successfully applied in the inspection and testing of pressure equipment, which has also enriched the inspection strategy.

The selection of inspection methods meets the requirements of on-line inspection and on-line monitoring of equipment in practice. Again, through years of practice, each phase The relevant units also summarized some new experiences and data in the process of developing and implementing the risk-based inspection strategy.

Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of laws and regulations; combined with the feedback and experience summary during the implementation of GB/T 26610.2-2014, the domestic The innovative research results obtained in RBI technology, as well as the latest progress of foreign RBI technology and related standards; relying on national priorities The key technology research of the research and development plan project "High-parameter pressure special equipment risk prevention and control and key technology research" has been completed. Revision of GB/T 26610.2-2014.
