Scope
GB/T 33578.1-2017 is the English-translated version of 成套装置基于风险的检验细则 第1部分:乙烯装置.
GB/T 33578.1-2017 is Part 1 of GB/T 33578 and gives the implementation details of risk-based inspection, RBI, for ethylene units.
It sets out the general rules, the common process, the distribution of the damage patterns found in the plant and the risk-based inspection rules, with informative annexes on the ethylene plant process and on how the damage patterns are spread over the flow.
It applies to the pressure equipment covered by an RBI project in ethylene plants that use superheated steam diluted tubular furnace cracking with sequential separation, and plants using pre-deethanization or pre-depropanization may refer to it; it does not apply to safety valves, whose inspection strategy is in GB/T 26610.2.
It cites GB/T 26610.1 to GB/T 26610.5 and GB/T 30579. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

Foreword
GB/T 33578 "Set of equipment based on the risk of inspection rules" is divided into two parts.
- Part 1: Ethylene plant;
- Part 2: Catalytic Cracking Unit.
This part is part 1 of GB/T 33578.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This part of the National Boiler and Pressure Vessel Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC262) proposed and centralized.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 33578 gives the risk-based inspection (RBI) implementation details for ethylene units.
This part applies to the superheated steam dilution tube furnace cracking method, the order of separation process-based ethylene plant in the implementation of the RBI items The purpose of the pressure equipment, pre-deethane and de-propane process of ethylene plant can refer to the use.
This part does not apply to safety valves, safety valve inspection strategy see GB/T 26610.2.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 26610.1 to 26610.5 and GB/T 30579 apply to this document.
4 General
4.1 This part is based on GB/T 26610.1 ~ 26610.5 and GB/T 30579, for the typical petrochemical plant - ethylene The installation of the equipment, equipment characteristics of the test rules. This part does not replace the risk assessment work, but GB/T 26610.2 specific The application of the device.
4.2 This part of the ethylene plant in the process to determine the potential damage to the equipment on the basis of damage to the model, given the key equipment and its special The test method of the remaining equipment based on the damage pattern is determined according to GB/T 26610.2.
4.3 The damage pattern of the ethylene plant described in this section is determined by its typical materials, typical process conditions, and is likely to cause potential damage. real The specific damage pattern of the ethylene plant should be adjusted according to the actual situation. In order to allow the user to distinguish between primary and secondary, this part is based on injury Mode analysis and practical experience, according to the severity of the injury pattern and frequency, the damage model is further divided into the main damage mode And secondary damage patterns.
4.4 The potential damage modes of the pressurized equipment in this section are given under normal operating conditions, under normal conditions or other special conditions (eg Load, low load, raw material composition changes, ultra-designed) damage patterns and risk-based inspection rules determined by the actual situation.
4.5 inspection process found in the damage mode, the inspection staff should be based on the extent and extent of damage to determine whether the need for inspection. Inspection process The defects are dealt with according to the relevant standards.
4.6 Atmospheric corrosion (including no insulation and thermal insulation) for the carbon steel and low alloy steel equipment, the prevalence of damage patterns, test methods
