Scope

GB/T 33578.2-2017 is the English-translated version of 成套装置基于风险的检验细则 第2部分:催化裂化装置.

GB/T 33578.2-2017 is Part 2 of GB/T 33578 and gives the risk-based inspection rules for catalytic cracking units.

It applies to the pressure equipment of fluidised catalytic cracking units on which an RBI project is carried out, and fixed-bed and moving-bed units may be handled by reference to it; safety valves are outside it, their calibration strategy being covered by GB/T 26610.2.

The part sets out general provisions, the common process, the distribution of damage modes across the unit and the inspection rules themselves, with informative annexes describing the unit and the flow distribution of its damage modes.

It is built on GB/T 26610.1 to GB/T 26610.5 and GB/T 30579, and it sorts damage modes into main and secondary ones by their severity and frequency. It was issued on 12 May 2017 and has applied since 1 December 2017.

Foreword

GB/T 33578 "Set of equipment based on the risk of inspection rules" is divided into two parts.

- Part 1: Ethylene plant;

Part 2: Catalytic Cracking Unit.

This part is part 2 of GB/T 33578.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 33578 gives the risk-based inspection (RBI) implementation details for catalytic cracking units.

This part applies to the fluidized catalytic cracking unit to implement the RBI project pressure equipment, other types of catalytic cracking unit (such as fixed Bed, moving bed catalytic cracking unit) can refer to use.

This part does not apply to safety valve, safety valve calibration strategy see GB/T 26610.2.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 26610.1 to 26610.5 and GB/T 30579 apply to this document.

4 General

4.1 This part is based on GB/T 26610.1 ~ 26610.5 and GB/T 30579, for the typical oil refinery plant --- catalyzed Cracking process, the characteristics of equipment to develop the inspection rules. This section does not replace the risk assessment work, but GB/T 26610.2 Application of specific devices.

4.2 This part of the catalytic cracking unit in the process to determine the potential damage to the equipment based on the model, given the typical equipment and other Special parts of the test method, the rest of the equipment based on damage to the test method according to GB/T 26610.2 to determine.

4.3 The damage mode of the catalytic cracking unit described in this section is determined by its typical materials, typical process conditions, and is likely to occur. hurt. The actual damage mode of the actual catalytic cracking unit should be adjusted according to the actual situation. In order to allow users to distinguish between primary and secondary, this department Based on the analysis of the damage pattern and the actual use experience, according to the severity and frequency of the damage pattern, the damage pattern is classified as the main Damage pattern and secondary damage pattern.

4.4 This part of the equipment commonly used materials based on the domestic catalytic cracking device equipment, practical experience and SH/T 3096 to determine the actual use.

4.5 The potential damage modes of the pressure equipment in this part are given under normal operating conditions, under normal conditions or other special conditions (such as super Load, low load, raw material composition changes, ultra-designed) damage patterns and risk-based inspection rules determined by the actual situation.
