Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
This document replaces GB/T 26409-2011 "Flowing Concrete Pump". Compared with GB/T 26409-2011, except for structural adjustment and editing In addition to the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Modified the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);
b) Deleted the definition of the term stirring and distributing pump (see 3.3 of the 2011 edition);
c) Modified some terms and definitions (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.8, 3.12, 3.15, 3.16, 3.1, 3.2, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9, 3.13, 3.16, 3.17);
d) Added the definition of pumping pressure (see 3.4);
e) The definition of the maximum vertical height of the distributing arm is deleted (see 3.7 of the 2011 edition);
f) The requirements for the roll stability angle of the complete machine have been added (see 4.2.1);
g) Modified the limits of the overall dimensions of the whole machine, the axle load and total mass requirements of the whole machine (see 4.2.4, 4.2.4 of the 2011 edition), and added Table 1, Table 2;
h) The requirements for structural strength and welding quality of structural parts are deleted (see 4.2.7 and 4.2.9 of the 2011 edition);
i) Added requirements for structural strength and welding quality (see 4.3.14, 4.3.15), as well as technical requirements for booms and outriggers (see 4.3.16);
j) Modified the safety technical requirements for the electrical system of the whole machine (see 4.6.4, 4.6.4 of the 2011 edition);
k) Modify the noise limit requirements (see 4.7.5, 2011 edition 4.7.5);
l) Modify the speed constraint main body when the distributing arm is working (see 4.7.6, 4.7.6 of the 2011 edition);
m) Deleted that the whole machine should be equipped with an emergency stop system (see.2011 edition 4.7.8);
n) Modified the protection requirements for easily accessible working moving parts (see 4.7.8, 4.7.9 of the 2011 edition);
o) It is added that the whole machine should be set with reflective signs (see 4.7.10) and materials with light environmental burden should be used (see 4.7.11);
p) Modified the test site requirements (see 5.1.2, 5.1.2 of the 2011 edition);
q) Added test conditions and test preparation requirements for outriggers (see 5.1.8);
r) Added descriptions of vehicle parameter measurement items and special structural geometric parameter measurement items (see 5.3.1.1, 5.3.1.2);
