Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 26115-2010 "Centrifugal Pulp Pumps". Compared with GB/T 26115-2010, the main differences are in structural adjustments and rewriting. Aside from the logical modifications, the main technical changes are as follows:

---The scope has been changed; the medium temperature and slurry concentration are no longer specified in the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);

---Added the terms and definitions for "chemical slurry," "mechanical slurry," and "minimum limiting flow rate" (see 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3);

---The requirements for conveying slurry media when driven by a pump motor have been changed, as well as the requirement to ensure a minimum limiting flow rate when conveying slurry media (see...). 5.1.2 (

5.1.2 in the.2010 version);

---Added illustrations of the minimum allowable limit flow velocity of slurry suspension for different pipe diameters (see Figure 1);

---The requirement for the necessary net positive suction head (NPSH) test medium has been removed (see

5.1.3 in the.2010 edition);

---The environmental conditions for outdoor pump installation have been changed (see 5.1.3,

5.1.4 in the.2010 version);

---The output power requirements for the pump's matching motor have been changed (see 5.2,.2010 version 5.2);

---The criteria for balanced quality levels have been changed (see 5.3.2.1.1 and 5.3.2.2, 5.3.2.1.1 and 5.3.2.2.2 in the.2010 version);

---The requirement that the relative positions of parts on the pump rotor should be fixed after dynamic balancing has been removed (see section 5.3.2.2.3 of the.2010 version);

1 Scope

GB/T 26115-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering the pump that moves paper stock - the open impeller and the large passages that stop fibre from bridging, the performance on a fluid whose viscosity depends on how fast it is sheared, the wear, and the sealing against a stringy abrasive slurry. At 23,500 words. Issued on 31 October 2025, it has been in force since 1 February 2026, replacing GB/T 26115-2010.

This document specifies the types, models, and basic parameters of centrifugal pulp pumps, as well as their design and materials, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and transportation. Storage, and the corresponding experimental methods are described. This document applies to centrifugal pulp pumps used in paper or pulping industrial processes for conveying pulp media.
