Scope

GB/T 26117-2022 is the English-translated version of 微型电泵 试验方法.

GB/T 26117-2022 is the Chinese national method for testing miniature electric pumps. It gives the tests themselves - the hydraulic performance, the electrical measurements, the self-priming behaviour, the noise and the endurance - together with the test records to be kept and the content of the test report.

It applies to miniature pumps in which the motor and the pump are built on the same shaft. Pump makers, the appliance manufacturers that build them in and test houses use it.

It replaces GB/T 26117-2010, was issued on 9 March 2022 and has applied since 1 October 2022.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 26117-2010 "Micro-pump test method", compared with GB/T 26117-2010, except for structural adjustment Apart from editorial changes, the main technical differences are as follows.

--- Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);

--- Changed normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2010 edition);

--- Added terms, definitions and symbols (see Chapter 3);

--- Delete the relevant provisions of the test content (see 3.1 of the.2010 edition);

--- Increased test assurance requirements (see 4.2);

--- Changed the pump test acceptance level and the corresponding tolerance coefficient value (see Table 2, Table 7 of the.2010 edition);

--- Added the definition of K in the calculation formula of the straight pipe length (L) of the inlet section (see 4.3.2);

--- Increased the accuracy requirements of instruments (see 4.3.3.2);

--- Changed the allowable fluctuation range of the measured value (see Table 3, Table 2 of the.2010 edition);

--- Added "Level 3" related requirements (see 4.5.1.2, 4.5.1.3, 4.7.8, 4.7.4.3.4);

--- Delete the provisions for the system uncertainty of each measurement parameter (see Table 1 of the.2010 edition);

--- Delete the situation that the maximum allowable fluctuation range is large when the transmission signal of the measurement system is automatically recorded or accumulated by the measurement device (see 3.3.1.2.2 of the.2010 version);

--- Changed the relevant provisions of "number of observation groups" (see Table 4, 3.3.1.3 of the.2010 edition);

--- Delete the relevant requirements for the determination of measurement uncertainty (see 3.5.7 of the.2010 edition);

--- Increased the operating thermal stability requirements of the motor (see 4.5.1.4);

--- Increased the length requirements for the cables leading out of the test pump (see 4.5.3);

--- Changed the no-load test of the motor (see 4.6.3, 3.4.3.1 of the.2010 edition);

--- Increased the requirements for reducing the current load method (see 4.6.4.2);

--- Changed the range requirements of winding temperature rise at rated power [see 4.6.5.2, 3.4.4.2b) of the.2010 edition];

--- Changed the test requirements (see 4.7.1, 3.5.1 of the.2010 edition);

--- Increased the guarantee conditions during the test (see 4.7.2);

--- Added test curve requirements (see 4.7.7.2);

--- Increased the tolerance of the guaranteed value of the motor parameters (see Table 6);

--- Changed the test of self-priming performance (see 4.10, 3.8 of the.2010 edition);

--- Increased safety requirements (see 4.11).

3 Terms, Definitions and Symbols

3.1 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 3216-2016 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1.1 Pump unitefficiency

Pump output power divided by motor input power.

3.1.2 Terminal resistance

The arithmetic mean value of the resistance between the lead wires of each two-phase mains connection of a polyphase AC motor.

3.1.3 Thermally stable

The temperature rise of the heating parts of the motor does not change by more than 1K within half an hour.
