Scope

GB/T 33550-2017 is the English-translated version of 旋涡式自吸电泵性能评价规范.

GB/T 33550-2017 sets out how the performance of a vortical self-priming motor-pump is graded. It fixes the performance grade evaluation index, the other requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the marking of the performance grade.

It applies to pumps of 3 kW and below, single or three phase, that deliver water or liquids whose physical and chemical properties are close to water.

Performance is put into three grades, grade 1 being the highest, and each grade is set by a tolerance band on the specified flow, the specified head and the pump efficiency, the reference values being those of JB/T 10601.

Clause 2 also cites the sampling procedures GB/T 2828.1 and GB/T 2829 and the pump test methods GB/T 12785 and GB/T 26117. It was issued on 9 March 2017 and has applied since 1 October 2017.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the performance rating of the vortex type self-priming pump, other requirements, test methods, inspection rules and performance level Knowledge and so on.

This standard applies to the transmission of water or physical and chemical properties similar to the liquid water, power <= 3kW (single or three phase) of the vortex-type self-absorption Electric pump (hereinafter referred to as electric pump).

3 Performance rating evaluation index

This standard through the assessment of the provisions of the pump flow, the provisions of the lift and pump efficiency to determine the performance level of the pump. Performance rating of the pump Into 1, 2, 3 three grades, one said the highest performance pump. The evaluation index of each performance grade shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

In the table, etaDB is the pump efficiency value specified by JB/T 10601 and is not tolerant. The pump efficiency tolerance deltaeta shall comply with JB/T 10601. QG, HG Respectively, JB/T 10601 in the specified flow, the provisions of the head value and excluding tolerance.

4 Other requirements

The type of the pump, other basic parameters and technical requirements shall comply with the provisions of JB/T 10601.
