Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the performance rating of miniature pumps, other requirements, test methods, inspection rules and performance level identification.

This standard applies to the power <= 3.0kW single-phase (220V) or three-phase (380V), coaxial with the motor (coaxial) micro-electric pump (Hereinafter referred to as electric pump).

3 Performance rating evaluation index

This standard determines the performance level of the pump by checking the specified flow rate of the electric pump, stipulating the efficiency of the lift and the efficiency of the pump (unit). Performance of the pump Grade divided into 1,2,3 three grades, one said the highest performance pump. The evaluation index of each performance grade shall meet the requirements of Table 1.

4 Other requirements

The basic parameters and technical requirements of the pump should be in accordance with JB/T 9804 or JB/T 5415.
