Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is part 1 of GB/T 25364 "Turbocharger Sealing Rings". GB/T 25364 has published the following parts.

--- Part 1. Technical conditions;

--- Part 2. Inspection methods.

This document replaces GB/T 25364.1-2010 "Turbocharger Sealing Rings - Part 1. Technical Conditions", and GB/T 25364.1- Compared with:2010, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Modified normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the:2010 edition);

b) add a chapter on terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

c) Delete ovality, flatness and warpage (see Table 1 and 5.8 of the:2010 edition);

d) The definitions of tangential spring force and radial spring force are deleted (see 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 of the:2010 edition);

e) The explanation of the codes in Table 1 in the main text is deleted (see 5.3.4 of the:2010 edition);

f) Deleted the "Status" column and its contents in Table 3 (see Table 3 of the:2010 edition);

g) Changed the requirements for surface defects (see 6.5, 5.5 of the:2010 edition);

h) Changed the requirements for cleanliness (see 6.7, 5.7 of the:2010 edition);

i) requirements for deflection are added (see 6.8);

j) Added appearance requirements (see 6.9);

k) Added the requirements for residual deformation (see 6.10);

l) Added requirements for inner packaging and outer packaging (see 7.1.1.1, 7.1.1.2);

m) Additional requirements for packaging, marking, storage and transport have been added (see 7.4).

Introduction

GB/T 25364 "Turbocharger Sealing Ring" is a national standard that guides the design, inspection and use of turbocharger sealing ring products in my country. It is intended to consist of 2 parts.

1 Scope

This document specifies the seal ring code, marking, technical requirements, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of turbocharger seal rings.

This document applies to turbocharger seal rings (hereinafter referred to as "seal rings"), and mechanical seal rings for gas impellers can also be referred to.

The contents of the following documents constitute essential provisions of this document through normative references in the text. Among them, dated citations documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.
