This part is Part 4 of GB/T 1149.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 1149.4-2008 "Piston Rings for Internal Combustion Engines Part 4.Quality Requirements", and GB/T 1149.4-2008

In comparison, with the exception of editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the scope of application and added a steel spiral spring oil ring (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2008 edition);

---The normative reference document ISO 6626-3 "Piston Rings for Internal Combustion Engines Part 3.Steel Coil Spring Oil Rings" has been added (see Section 2

chapter);

---The requirements for the chrome-plated chrome-plated outer surface are modified (see 4.5.4, 4.5.4 of the.2008 edition);

---Added the requirements of the radial offset tolerance of the oil scraper edge of the SF type spiral spring oil ring specified in ISO 6626-3 (see 7.2.5);

---Standardize the expression in the chart (see the full text chart).

The translation method used in this section is equivalent to ISO 6621-5.2013 "Piston Rings for Internal Combustion Engines Part 5.Quality Requirements".

This part of GB/T 1149 specifies product quality requirements that are not usually expressed in technical requirements on drawings.

This section applies to the following piston rings.
