Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1. Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document is Part 2 of GB/T 25364 "Turbocharger Sealing Rings". GB/T 25364 has published the following parts.

--- Part 1. Technical conditions;

--- Part 2. Inspection methods.

This document replaces GB/T 25364.2-2010 "Turbocharger Sealing Ring Part 2. Inspection Method". and GB/T 25364.2- Compared with:2010, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Modified normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the:2010 edition);

b) Added the seal ring code (see Chapter 4);

c) The ovality, flatness and warpage have been deleted (see 3.2 of the:2010 edition);

d) Added the definition of light tightness (see No. 1 in Table 1);

e) The clamping requirements and equipment requirements for radial elastic force have been changed (see No. 3 in Table 1, 3.2.6 of the:2010 edition);

f) The detection method of free opening size has been changed (see No. 4 in Table 1, 3.2.3 of the:2010 edition);

g) The rate of disappearance of tangential elastic force has been increased (see No. 5 in Table 1);

h) Increased the hardness disappearance rate (see No. 6 in Table 1);

i) Added surface defects and appearance (see No. 7 in Table 1);

j) The residual magnetic induction intensity has been increased (see No. 8 in Table 1).

k) increased cleanliness (see No. 9 in Table 1);

l) Increased deflection (see No. 10 in Table 1);

m) The detection method for the appearance of openings is added (see No. 11 in Table 1);

n) Added the detection method of residual deformation (see No. 12 in Table 1)

o) Changed the measurement force range of ring height (see No. 13 in Table 1, 3.2.1 of the:2010 edition);

p) The radial thickness measurement method is added (see No. 14 in Table 1);

q) Added surface roughness measurement method (see No. 16 in Table 1).

Introduction

GB/T 25364 "Turbocharger Sealing Ring" is a national standard that guides the design, inspection and use of turbocharger sealing ring products in my country. It is intended to consist of 2 parts.

--- Part 1. Technical conditions. Terms, symbols, markings, technical requirements, packaging, markings, storage storage and transportation.

1 Scope

This document specifies the inspection method for turbocharger seal rings.

This document applies to turbocharger seal rings (hereinafter referred to as seal rings), and mechanical seal rings for gas impellers can also be referred to.
