Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 24726-2009 "Traffic Information Collection Video Vehicle Detector", compared with GB/T 24726-2009, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Added terms and definitions "traffic flow", "headway time", "headway distance", and "space occupancy" (see 3.1, 3.6, 3.7, 3.9), change The terms and definitions "video traffic flow detector", "vehicle flow", "vehicle speed at location", "average speed" and "time occupancy rate" (see 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.8, Chapter 3 of the 2009 edition);

b) The environments and regions where the detectors Type A and Type B are applicable have been added (see 4.1.1.1);

c) The relative humidity range of the environment when the detector is working is changed (see 4.1.2, 4.1.2 of the 2009 edition);

d) Part of the detection information output by the detector and its main technical parameter requirements have been added (see 4.2, 4.3.1, Table 1);

e) The power requirements of the detector have been changed (see 4.3.6, 4.3.7 of the 2009 edition);

f) The clauses of "Storage", "Interface" and "Other Requirements" have been added (see 4.3.7, 4.3.8, 4.3.9);

g) The damp and heat conditions during the insulation resistance measurement are changed (see 4.5.1, 4.5.1 of the 2009 edition);

h) "Grounding and lightning protection", "temperature resistance", "humid heat resistance", "salt spray corrosion resistance", "aging resistance", and "mechanical vibration resistance" have been changed.

Dynamic performance", "Protection level", and "Electromagnetic compatibility" requirements (see 4.5.3, 4.7.3, 4.7.4, 4.7.5, 4.7.6, 4.7.7, 4.7.8, 4.8, The 2009 version of 4.5.3, 4.7.3, 4.7.4, 4.7.5, 4.7.6, 4.7.7, 4.7.9, 4.5.4);

i) The requirements and test methods for "wind pressure resistance" have been deleted (see 4.7.8 and 5.6.8 in the 2009 edition);

j) The requirements of testers have been changed (see 5.3, 5.2.1.2 of the 2009 edition);

k) The requirements of "Main technical parameter testing" are changed (see 5.4, 5.2.1 of the 2009 edition);

l) Changed "Grounding and Lightning Protection", "Power Adaptability", "Reliability Test", "Environment Adaptability Test", "Electromagnetic Compatibility Test" and "Protection" The test method (see 5.6.3, 5.6.4, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10, 5.4.3, 5.2.2, 5.5, 5.6, 5.4.4, 5.6.9 of the 2009 edition);

m) The requirements for mass production have been added (see 6.1);

n) Type inspection and factory inspection items have been changed (see Table 2, Table 1 of the 2009 edition);

o) The requirements for "marking" have been changed (see 7.1, 7.1 of the 2009 edition);

p) The requirements for "packaging" are changed (see 7.2.1, 7.2.1 of the 2009 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for video traffic flow detectors.

This document applies to video traffic flow detectors that measure motor vehicle traffic parameters on the road.
