Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 21016-2007 "Technical Specifications for Wheat Drying". Compared with GB/T 21016-2007, except for structural adjustment and Apart from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Part of the content of "scope" has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2007 edition);

b) Changed the safety requirements (see Chapter 4, Chapter 5 of the 2007 edition);

c) Changed the provisions of "Raw Grain Wheat" and "Dryer" in "Basic Requirements" (see Chapter 5, Chapter 3 of the 2007 edition);

d) Change "allowable heating temperature" to "wheat heating temperature" (see 6.1, 4.1 of the 2007 edition);

e) Changed the drying process (see 6.2, 4.2 of the 2007 edition);

f) Part of the content of "drying process parameters" has been changed (see 6.3, 4.3 of the 2007 edition);

g) Part of the content of "Quality Indicators for Dried Finished Products" has been changed (see Table 4, Table 3 of the 2007 edition);

h) The chapter "Quality Inspection Methods for Dried Finished Products" has been added (see Chapter 8).

1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements, basic requirements, technical requirements for drying, quality of dried products, quality inspection of dried products for wheat drying method.

This document applies to the drying of wheat using dryers.
