Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 21015-2007 "Technical Specifications for Rice Drying". Compared with GB/T 21015-2007, except for structural adjustment and apart from editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Part of the content of "scope" has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2007 edition);

b) Changed the "Safety Requirements" (see Chapter 4, Chapter 5 of the 2007 edition);

c) Changed part of the "basic requirements" (see Chapter 5, Chapter 3 of the 2007 edition);

d) Deleted "drying conditions" (see 4.1 of the 2007 edition);

e) Added "paddy heating temperature" (see Section 6.1);

f) Partial content of "drying process" has been changed (see 6.2, 4.2 of the 2007 edition);

g) Part of the content of "drying process parameters" has been changed (see 6.3, 4.3 of the 2007 edition);

h) Part of the content of "dried finished product quality indicators" has been changed (see Table 4, Table 4 of the 2007 edition);

i) The chapter "Quality Inspection Methods for Dried Finished Products" has been added (see Chapter 8).

1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements, basic requirements, drying technical requirements, quality of dried products and quality inspection of dried products for rice drying. method.
